Nestled in the center of a lovely, 14K yellow gold open-heart design rests a single, genuine Mozambique garnet gemstone.  The AA grade garnet in this beautiful, 14K yellow gold Mozambique garnet heart ring, is prong-set in polished 14K yellow gold.  The garnet cut is good; the color is medium/dark red/orange brown.
