Eight rubies adorn the unique pendant bail; the remaining rubies embellish the pendant's outer edge. This necklace is fashioned with a dress design; the red heart in the center of the dress is a reminder to the wearer to take care of her heart. This pretty necklace, a Deborah Birdoes designer original, measures approximately 1-1/4" in length and includes an 18" silver chain.
