This lovely, Mother and Child® necklace is fashioned with polished sterling silver with a teardrop design, and is adorned with nineteen, round faceted diamonds with a combined weight of 1/8 carat.  A 10K yellow gold mother and child rests in the center.  A Janel Russell designer original, this pendant measures approximately 1" in length and comes with an 18" silver box chain.
