Crafted from high-polished 14K gold, this lovely, birthstone pendant is fashioned in the shape of an inverted heart and offers a way to represent the important people in your life.  You may specify up to five imitation birthstones in the selection boxes above--to see a diagram of the stone locations for each version, Move cursor over diagram at left.  The price shown is for a single artificial stone, each additional one adds $14.00 to the single-stone price.  Please select only sequential stone locations up to the total number--do not skip any locations, and select "NONE" for any unused, upper locations.  This pendant measures approximately 7/8" in length and is available in either high-polished 14K yellow or white gold; please choose gold color from the selection box above.    This is a custom, non-returnable item.
