A truly custom piece of jewelry for your favorite mother, this birthstone heart measures slightly over 5/8" and can be worn as a charm or a small pendant.  Available in either high-polished 14K white or yellow gold, it features a puffed heart that is channel-set with your choice of up to four imitation birthstones and laser-engraved names (up to 8 letters per name).  Specify the gold color, and the imitation birthstones in selection boxes above.  The price shown is for a single artificial stone; $14 is added for each additional birthstone, as indicated in selection boxes above.  Select only sequential stone locations up to the total number--do not skip any locations, and select "NONE" for any unused, upper locations. Because it is custom made, this is a non-returnable item. Add optional engraving to this order.
