This 14K yellow gold cherub/angel medal is fashioned after the famous cherub painting by Italian artist, Raphael Sanzio. This squared medal is adorned with a satin-finished cherub (also called "angel" by some, in popular tradition, "cherub" has become synonymous with "baby angel"). The background, as well as the engravable back of the medal, is matte-finished. A high-polished, diamond-cut border graces the charm's outer edge.
