When you placed your order with Viridian Gold, you were sent an Order Confirmation email which contained a link which, when clicked, will take you to a secure page which contains your order status. This method preserves the security of your private information by ensuring that only the person who placed the order will be able to see its status. If you did not receive an order status email from Viridian Gold, it could be that:
- You did not enter your email address when you placed your order (we do not require it), or;
- You erroneously entered your email address, or;
- Our email to you was intercepted by your Internet Service Provider's SPAM filters, or by the SPAM filter in your personal email software. Check your "Junk Email" or "Bulk" folder to make sure that you have not missed your Order Confirmation email, and set up your junk mail filter to accept all emails from "ViridianGold.com" to prevent this problem in the future.
If you did not receive an Order Status email, please use the form below to send a message to customer service and explain the problem. This will allow us to correct the email address in your records and resend the Order Confirmation email if required. Thanks for ordering from Viridian Gold!
