This beautiful pink sapphire/diamond double heart necklace is fashioned with thirteen genuine, round, faceted pink sapphires, prong-set in a 14K white gold heart with rose plating. Ten round, faceted, 0.05 carat t.w. diamonds are prong-set in a smaller, attached rhodium plated white gold heart. Measuring approximately 1/2" in length, this pendant falls gracefully from an included 18", 14K white gold rolo chain.
