This stunning, gold Mezuzah pendant is crafted from polished 14K yellow gold with a beautiful, filigree design. A gold Star of David adorns the front of the pendant. The back of the pendant is flat and is fashioned with a lovely, Guilloche pattern. This pendant measures slightly under 1-1/2" in length and includes a parchment. The Mezuzah (Hebrew for "doorpost") is often fixed to the doorpost of traditional Jewish homes. The first two paragraphs of the "Shema" (Deut. 6:4-9; 11:13-21) are inscribed on a parchment and inserted into the case. It is a reminder of God's presence and God's mitzvot (commandments).
