This fine, Sacred Heart of Jesus ring is fashioned entirely from polished 14K yellow gold and features an oval top with a detailed depiction of Jesus and His Sacred Heart.  The oval measures 13.5 x 17.5mm (approximate 9/16 x 11/16"").  Packed in our velvet gift box. 

In the tradition of the Roman Catholic Church, the Sacred Heart of Jesus is the devotion to Christ's physical heart as the representation of His divine love and compassion for humanity.  The Sacred Heart is often depicted as a flaming heart shining with light, pierced with wounds and surmounted by a crown of thorns.  The wounds and thorns symbolize Christ's Passion; the fire represents the transformative power of His divine love.
