How do I find the size of one of your jewelry items?
Every item on our website has a table which defines the dimensions and weight of the jewelry item. But, it is still hard to visualize from this information how big the item is, or how the weight feels. Consult our Jewelry Size and Weight Comparison page to compare the dimensions that we provide with the dimensions and weights of various US coins.

Is my personal information secure?
Viridian Gold's website and servers are regularly tested for security by TrustWave, and all of our systems are certified by the PCI Security Standards Council to assure credit card information security. This organization was founded by American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa Inc.  Sensitive information transmitted over the internet is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption--confirmed by the "lock" symbol shown in your browser when you enter our shopping cart. How do I place an order? 
You may order anytime from our website by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item you wish to purchase, and paying with a debit or credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal money transfer.  All online purchases are transacted through secure SSL servers through the Yahoo Store gateway to our merchant bank.  You may also order by callings us at 737-900-3450 during our normal office hours of 10:00am to 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.  Our minimum order is $40.00.  We also accept certified checks and money orders.  See details about our Order Fulfillment.

When will you ship my order?
If you place your order before 4:00pm Central Time on a business day, we will usually ship your order within the next two or three business days.  Custom, sized or engraved items, as well as holidays, may delay your order.  If your item needs to arrive by a certain date, please leave a note in the order comments box when you check out--we will do our best to accommodate your wishes!  For more information, see Order Fulfillment.

How will you ship my order, and how much will shipping cost?
Free shipping to US destinations will occur via insured First Class Mail with signature delivery confirmation.  Some non-jewelry items may be drop-shipped to you from our supplier.  When we ship your order, we will send a confirmation email to you with your tracking number.  You can upgrade to a faster shipping method at checkout.  See our Shipping Policy and Transit-Time Map for details.

What is your "30-Day Return Policy"?
You may return your item, for refund or exchange, within 30 days of receiving your order.  You must contact us first for authorization, and some items are not returnable--read our Return Policy for details.

What is your warranty?
All of our items are warranted for two (2) years from date of purchase against manufacturing defects.  For details, see our Product Warranty on our Customer Service Page.

Do you charge sales tax?
No, unless your order ships to Texas--you will then be charged sales tax of 8.25%.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada, Greenland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and some EU countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Austria, Vatican City and Germany (check the shopping cart page for the latest list).  Payment must be made in $US, and the order must ship to the billing address of the credit card or a verified PayPal address.  Note that the recipient will be responsible for payment of any import duties, taxes or fees imposed by your country upon delivery.

Our number for the US and Canada, 737-900-3450 , is answered during our business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Thursday (plus Friday during Christmas season) ).  After business hours, you may still place an order via the website and email us or leave a phone message on our toll-free line.  We check phone messages and email from time to time, even outside our normal business hours.
