4.5MM Akoya Cultured Pearl and Diamond Ring in Yellow or White Gold

This pretty, 14K gold ring displays a single 4.5mm round, Akoya cultured pearl, flanked by two full-cut diamonds totaling .04 carat. The diamonds are secured with four-pronged settings.  The pearl has a round shape and good lustre; color ranges from white to pinkish-white to cream.
