This beautiful bracelet is fashioned in sterling silver with 14K yellow gold accents. The bracelet features a medallion showing The Virgin Mary. The text inscribed around the edge of the bracelet reads, "MARY CONCEIVED WITHOUT SIN PRAY FOR US WHO HAVE RECOURSE OT THEE." The design of the miraculous medal was created by Saint Catherine Labouré following her apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Rue du Bac, Paris, France.
