Crafted from high-polished 14K yellow gold, this lovely "Grandma" diamond heart pendant is fashioned in an open-work design adorned with three full-cut diamonds. Measures approximately 1" in both length and width. A Deborah Birdoes designer original.
A card with poem is included; the first and last two lines read: "My grandma is quite special, though it is a mystery; Of all the people in the world she belongs to me! She practiced with her children and now it is easy to see, Perfect love exists between my grandma and me."
