How do I place an order?
You may order anytime from our website by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item you wish to purchase, and paying with a debit or credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal money transfer. All online purchases are transacted through secure SSL servers through the Yahoo Store gateway to our merchant bank. You may also order via our 800 number during our normal business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Our minimum order is $50.00. We also accept certified checks. When will you ship my order?
If you place your order before 4:00pm Central Time on a business day, we will usually ship your order within the next two business days. Custom, sized or engraved items, as well as holidays, may delay your order. If your item needs to arrive by a certain date, please leave a note in the order comments box when you check out--we will do our best to accommodate your wishes! How will you ship my order, and how much will shipping cost?
Free shipping to US destinations will occur via insured First Class Mail with signature delivery confirmation. Some non-jewelry items may be drop-shipped to you from our supplier. When we ship your order, we will send a confirmation email to you with your tracking number. You can upgrade to a faster shipping method at checkout. Do you have a "layaway" plan?
We offer a pre-payment plan, which is similar to a layaway plan, for customers who wish to pay for items on a "time-payment" basis. After we receive all of your payments, we ship your order. What is your "30-Day Return Policy"?
